# Full payment of 100% is to be made at the time of booking for all days booked.
# Bookings will only be accepted for a maximum period of (14) fourteen days, or on a rotation of (14) fourteen day periods in consultation with the management.
# Payment is to be made securely via Paypal through our website. No cash is kept on the premises.
# It is the responsibility of the guest to maintain their accommodation in a clean and tidy condition. It will be serviced weekly.
# The damage, misuse, theft of any items or facilities or will result in the immediate forfeiture of money's paid and the immediate cancellation of accommodation. You will be billed for damage done or missing items, non payment will be be referred to the courts.
# The possession of or use of any drugs or illegal substances, on the property is strictly prohibited. Immediate cancellation of accommodation and forfeiture of money's paid will apply to any guests found to be in breach of this condition.
# Smoking is strictly prohibited in the units. Immediate cancellation of accommodation and forfeiture of money's paid will apply to any guests found to be in breach of this condition. Any additional costs associated with the complete professional clean of the units and it’s contents will be charged to the guest.
# As the accommodation is in a rural-residential area, it is a condition that due consideration be given to your / our neighbours and visiting wildlife that noise is reduced by 2100 hrs / 9:00pm.
# Ground based fires are not to be lit at any time, due to council fire restrictions in place year round.
# Guests agree to use environmentally friendly laundry products to keep our septic tank system healthy. Our preferred product is Earth - Competitively priced and Australian owned and made and generally supplied at no charge.
# Vehicles fitted with reversing beepers, are to be reversed parked during daylight hours, to prevent disturbance of other residents.

Cancellation Policy
Where a one (1) to (7) seven day booking is cancelled less than (21) twenty-one days prior to arrival a cancellation fee of one half of a nights rental will be charged.
Where an (8) eight to (14) fourteen day booking is cancelled less than (21) twenty-one days prior to arrival a cancellation fee of (1) one days rental will be charged.
No refunds for early departure.
